Fletcher Place Christmas ShoppingHelp us help families have a Fletcher Place Christmas this year!  Here is what you can contribute:

1.    Financial Donations to help cover the cost of offering this program.

2.    Items for families – all items must be new!  Please presort before bringing to the center.

a.    Clothing for children ages 0-18 (underwear on up)
b.    Toys, games – especially board games, books, art kits, etc. (ask your children or grandchildren what they are wanting this year!)
c.    Teen gifts: journals, calculators, alarm clocks, wallets, purses, sketch pads, etc.
d.    Stockings and stocking stuffers (keep separate so shoppers can choose items for each stocking)
e.    Blankets for the families
f.    Parent gifts: small kitchen items, bath towels, etc.
 

3.    Groceries

a.    Breakfast foods like cereal (hot or cold) and pancake mix (including syrup)
b.    Peanut butter or jelly
c.    Canned good (fruit, vegetables, soups, tuna, pastas, other meats, etc.)
d.    Boxed mixes (macaroni and cheese, rice or potatoes)
e.    Snack items (Jell-O, Pudding, etc.)
f.    Spaghetti and spaghetti sauce
g.    Bags of dry beans or rice
 

Donations can be dropped off between November 27th – December 4th.  Distribution day is Saturday, December 5th, so the earlier in the week you can bring your donations, the better prepared we will be for distribution.  Please call ahead to schedule drop-off (317-636-3466 ext. 4).  We are located at 1637 Prospect Street in Indianapolis, at the corner of State and Prospect.  


Volunteers will be needed almost every day from November 27th through December 5th.  We need help with set up, assisting families, clean up, pack up, etc.  This would be a great opportunity for your youth group, sports team, small group or family to get involved.  It would be a great service opportunity for individuals as well!  If you would like to volunteer to help with this program, please contact Karen at Karen@fletcherplacecc.org or 317-636-3466, ext. 4.
